Trailblazer
Training & Forums™
Flourish Forums were created for P&L leaders. At the request of our C-Level members, we have added Trailblazer Training and Forums for the rising, Millennials in your organization who will someday advance to the executive suite.
Trailblazer Training
Over the course of 10 months, your Trailblazer will complete 25 modules focused on developing the most important leadership competencies, including:
Giving and receiving feedback
Self-awareness
Shifting to a growth mindset
Active listening
Time management and delegation
Trust building and team dynamics
Trailblazers will be tested and placed in a cohort with peers from inside and outside your organization. The program combines weekly, asynchronous assignments with 1.5-hour virtual, live team practices.
We believe leadership tools need to be mastered and integrated into how your team members operate. Accordingly, all sessions are designed to give members real representatives and live expert feedback.
In 10 months, your Trailblazer will walk away with competencies that lead to real transformation in themselves, as well as the capability to support the growth of the people around them.
Trailblazer Flourish Forums
Once your Trailblazer has completed the 10-month training program, they will be placed in a Trailblazer Flourish Forum. Each forum will contain 6-10 peers from outside your organization. Your Strategist Trailblazer will now be surrounded by peers in the Operator, Rainmaker, Visionary, Tech Futurist and Orchestrator seats. Your Trailblazer’s growth will be accelerated by having your company’s biggest challenges informed by multiple perspectives from the leaders of tomorrow.
